About Dr. Elizabeth Hamlin
Dr. Elizabeth Hamlin, MD, is a psychiatrist in private practice, providing psychiatric services, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis in Milwaukee. She has extensive experience treating a variety of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and eating disorders. Dr. Hamlin previously served as the medical director of the adult inpatient eating disorders unit at Rogers Behavioral Health.
Dr. Hamlin is also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she teaches and supervises psychiatry residents in the areas of eating disorders and psychotherapy.
Dr. Hamlin is an avid writer, educator, and speaker in the areas of psychoanalysis and eating disorders. She has published papers in prominent psychoanalytic journals and has presented at meetings of the American Psychoanalytic Association and of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals.
